I have been an android fanboy for a couple of years now. However, I just joined the Sony Xperia Family. I am always inquisitive and I have discovered a whole lot about my Sony Xperia acro SO-03D. The first tutorial I am going to share with you is on how to manually create your own stock firmware (also known as official Xperia firmware) with Sony SEUS and SONY XPERIA FLASH TOOL. Requirements:
- Download Flashtool 0.9.10.1 full package
- Get this (SEUS) : http://www.x-drivers.com/catalog/fla…seus/7572.html

The Steps to build your own Xperia .FTF official Flash firmware
- First off, flash your phone with the latest software available using SEUS.
- Now Go to C:\Program Files\Sony Ericcson\Update Service\db\13740270\blob_fs\
- Copy the 2 largest files you’ll find there to C:\Flashtool\leajian (In most cases this folder doesn’t exist so you might have to create it manually then name it leajian)
- Now, Run FlashTool
- Click Tools > Decrypt Files as shown above
- Source folder : C:\Flashtool\leajian
- From Files, select all (Click & Ctrl + A) and click -> to move the 2 files to Files to convert
- Click OK
- Wait patiently till it finishes…
- From Folder list, select all (Click & Ctrl + A) and click -> to move the 2 files to Firmware content
- On Device write the model [ex. Xperia Acro HD(SO-03D)], on Version write the firmware version and/or the Android version [ex. ICVS SO-03D 6.1.F.0.106 (Eclair_2.1)], on Branding write the region and your name if you wish [ex. Greek (by Lemmy)].
- Click OK
- On Device Selection choose the device it is for (ex. SO-03D)
- Wait very patiently… When the process is done you will be notified
- When it finishes the .ftf file is located on C:\Flashtool\firmwares.
