Necessity they say is the Mother of invention so they say. I was stuck on downloading a file of just 510mb for my newly acquired Samsung Galaxy S 2 that i wanted to use3 to upgrade to the latest official ICS Firmware which is version 4.04. Unfortunately for me, the only valid link that i got online happen to be that of hotfile.com and in case you dont know hotfile is a file sharing site like many others but it as the poorest service for all free users now let me highlight some of the disadvantages of downloading from hot file as a free user:
1. your speed is reduces to like 40kbs even if you use a broadband connection and a download accelerator
2. No download resume support
NOW THIS IS WHAT I DID TO SAVE MY SELF FROM THIS MESS:
I started searching the internet for a way to download from file sharing sites with full speed and downloaD resume support. and after suffering a lot, i stumble upon this wonderful site by the name http://uploadc1.fileflyer.com/ the are a site that help you transfer any file you wish to download from any website to their server and they give you a new link that you can use to download the file at top speed with resume support and before you can say jack Robinson, what took me like two weeks to download was downloaded within one hour at top speed. A picture is worth more than a 1000 words the pictures below will convince you. Although you have to pay a token at least i paid $1.20 for a two days premium code
and check out my download speed with a dialup modem below
if you encounter any problem let me know and i want to quickly add that you can as well download with your mobile phone
