In this article, i shall be given you steps on how you can successfully renew your expired azsky dongle.. What the above simply means is that, now you can load an azsky 16 digit recharge codes into your G1, G1 Super, G6, xman, G2, G1+ and G3 using Azsky flashtool and only recharge tool v3.06. Similarly, you can use the same recharge voucher for either, g1, or g1+. Before, G1+ account file start with Q*****, now it is a 16 digits recharge code. It doesn’t matter if you use a g6 or azsky xman or g1 super., you only need to use the appropriate software in flashtool, then use the account code via azsky recharge tool.
WARNINGS & IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- This tutorials is only for original azsky dongles or receivers like azsky xman, azsky G1(with 5v ac adapter), azsky G1+(with 5v ac adapter), azsky G2, Azsky G1 Super, Azsky G6 and Azsky G3. Please don’t use this tutorial for A+ and don’t use it for Azsky 12v ac adapter. If you use this for any other dongle apart from original azsky dongles, you will permanently damage that dongle. If your azsky dongle only display blinking or locked lights only when you insert a sim card, then you are using a fake azsky dongle. Learn how to detect a fake azsky dongle here
- You must be connected to the internet to use the recharge tool and your internet must be stable. Please test your internet connection by first opening one or two webpages on your browser. Please don’t use cheats, don’t use a vpn software use normal mobile bundle, recharge tool consumes less than 300kb or data. use only 3g network within your modem and make sure you force yur modem to use only 3g. If you don’t have a 3g in your area, you can also use etisalat or glo. I strongly advice you use 3g network or else, you may continue experiencing random m3 errors and recharge failed. Also make sure that no other app is sharing your internet data plan with you on your computer as at the time you are using azsky recharge tool. I also advice you do this in a business center as against a cyber cafe (If you don’t have a desktop computer or you don’t have an old laptop with 9pin serial port)and use your own internet connection as against that of the business center. I personally loaded 8 accounts yesterday withing one hour without any single error and that was where i made the following pictures. You can detect if your huawei modem is having good internet connection if the light is locked on blue or green light. you can also determine if your zte modem is having good connection if the light is blinking green or blue. your modem must be sending and receiving data.
- Please if your azsky account has not yet expired, don’t flash your box with flashtool let alone load a recharge code
- You must olso use a very good and original rs232 cable. Mind you, it is possible for you to use a faulty cable to flash your dongle via flashtool, and the same cable will fail to work with azsky recharge tool
- If your azsky box has expired, your box will not work until you renew your account
- The format of the account is “A93A88CF8E2421AC”
- It is strongly advisable that you use a desktop computer for the upgrade or at worse, an old laptop with 9 pin serial port. if you use a standard laport via usb to serial cable, it means you are a geek in the business just like me. So this guide is not for you..
- If you must use a laptop, have it in mind that you can only use usb to serial caple with a computer running windows XP or windows vista. This cable doesn’t work with windows 7 and windows 8.
- As a matter of necessity, you must download all the mandatory software from the links below.
REQUIRED DOWNLOADS / SCATTERED / CONFIG FILES
Download latest java runtime environment (it is mandatory in=f you don’t have it installed on your pc You must install this if you want your recharge tool to work perfectly)
Download all the complete latest software here
FlashTool_v5.1308.00 (it is mandatory in for all)
Download Azsky Recharge Tool V3.08.exe (32.63MB) Azsky recharge tool is compulsory for all [This is the newest version]
Download Azsky recharge tool v3.06: Recharge Tool V3.06.rar (32.51MB) (This is the earlier / older version)
For those who are using azsky xman and G1 download: G1_gb20_20141113_new_release_V1.rar(1.21MB) (Note: if you are using the very older version of azsky G2, then you will use G1 software to flash your G2)
If you are using azsky G1+, azsky G6 or the latest version of Azsky G2, please download this: G1+_20141113_50m_new_release_V2.rar(1.4MB)
Then If you are using G1 Super download this software: G1Super_20141113_m3_release_V1.rar(1.20MB)
Important notice: If you are using azsky g2, you must first determine your serial number from this article so that you can determine if you will have to download and use G1 software of G1+ software. Once you have determine that, then you will either use g1 method, or g1+ method to renew your G2 account.
Secondly you must use G1+ Software to flash your G6 in flashtool.
While you are set to flash your azsky G6 or G2, make sure you set your physical switcher to “GPRS” then retun it to “TWIN” After you are done recharging your g6 or g2(If you don’t return it to twin after successfully recharging your G6 or G2, then it won’t open any encrypted channel.

How to Flash your dongle with flash tool using the appropriate software to GPRS Dongle
Note: before you can successfully recharge your dongle with azsky recharge tool, you must first successfully use azsky flashtool to flash your dongle.
1. Use the Original RS232 cable to connect your azsky GPRS dongle to your PC.
2. Run the “Flash_tool.exe” at first,the On screen display(OSD) will be as below
3.In the “Option” Menu,set the Baudtate to “115200”,set the COM port to your RS-232 cable port in the PC ,for example,if the RS-232 cable port is com4.,please set the COM port to com4. But if you use a desktop computer, it will definitely be COM 1
4.Press “Scatter/Config file” to choose the “Flash files ” in the upgrade software folder.the OSD as below:(Note: your flash file will be downloaded from the links above)
5.The main windows will display the ARM_BL,ARM_EXT_BL,PRIMARY_MAUI, VIVA, information.
6.Before you upgrade the new software to azsky dongle,you must make sure “Format FAT” is disabled. To do this, Press “Option”→ “Format FAT” and set it to “do not format fat”.(Warning!! If you select “Format FAT” instead of “Do not format FAT” you will permanently damage your dongle and you won’t be able to load any account on it again. so please choose “Do not Format FAT”
7.Press “Download”,then power on the GPRS dongle,it will begin to upgrade the new software.
When the firmware upgrade is completed successfully, it will display “Last action was done”.
8. Now you can use Recharge Tool to finish recharge for the dongle.
If your flashing is successful, you will get a message as shown below:
HOW TO LOAD YOUR AZSKY ACCOUNT WITH AZSKY RECHARGE TOOL V3.06
Note: Before you use azsky recharge tool to set account, please make sure you do the followings: First, disconnect your dongle from your pc after flashing with azsky flashtool then reconnect it when you want to use it with recharge tool, You should also endeavor to use a desktop computer, connected to a direct internet not via proxy, you should disable your antivurus prior to the process, you should use windows xp on a clean pc that hasn’t run previous version of azsky recharge too.(If you overwrite the older version of azsky recharge tool with the latest version, you Secondly, please before you run recharge tool,confirm sim card is inserted into your dongle. Wait a moment like about 15-20s after powering your dongle,then use rechagre tool to upload code.
1: Installing azsky v3.06 recharge tool:
1. You must download and install java runtime environment from my link above before you install azsky recharge tool.
If you want to recharge your dongle please install dongle recharge tool first.The installation is very simple, you double click the software install package then follow the install guide. The recharge tool is 32mb in size and it is compatible with all azsky dongles and receivers
2: How to Configure the recharge tool
If your box is Azsky G1 Supper, G6, G1, Xman, or G1+, please click Box Type menu on the window and then click M3. If your box is G3, then please click G3.After you configure the box type. On the window it will display your selection , for example : BoxType: M3.
After you config the box type, you should select the com port that connected to the dongle.For example , I connected the dongle to my pc on the com3, it depend on your pc(Note: if your pc has no serial port , you can’t select the com port on the window)
3: Start recharging
After you config the recharge tool , you can input the Recharge Code or copy and paste it into recharge tool and click Upgrad button to start recharging.If there is no error , the tool will tell you recharge success. But if there are any error(s) read this article here
Note: before you click Upgrade , please make sure that dongle is already connected to your pc by original rs232 serial cable.. If your recharge failed , please contact me by posting your error message in the comment box below.
(Important notice: Once you click on upgrade on your recharge tool v3.06, your 3g modem to must be sending and receiving data as will be shown on the LED of your modem. Similarly, you will see the following messages briefly on recharge tool window m3 random ok>>getting username and password sucess>>recharge success!>> write server success! as shown in my picture below. In my own case, i was using an airtel modem at full 3g network blask, i recharge a dongle successfully withing 1 minute, I could only see getting username success because everything happens so fast. If you are stuck or m3 random ok then your internet is either unstable, not active, or just too slow. I total advice against using edge especially if you want to get it done fast).

Hi Lemmy, I am using a desktop running winxp and my box is G1. I have changed Baudrate to 115200, Disabled Format fat, set com to com1, connected my box to my system, powered my box, clicked SCATTER/CONFIG FILE and loaded G1 scatter file successfully. The picture is exactly as the one u loaded. My mtn modem is blasting at full 3g and opening web pages with high speed , But if I click DOWNLOAD nothing would happen. I’d just keep waiting forever. Pls Where have I gone wrong?

Pls Oga Lemmy….I was able to get a vga to hdmi cable as against the one u mentioned above. Pls can the cable do the work and give same result? @costyno, if you have mistakenly formatted your Dongle using format fat option, then your Dongle has become scrap it can’t work again. Unless maybe if you send it back to china for reprogramming
I am having challenge flashing my azsky g1+……I have read the tutorial and followed step by step yet no success. Its on permanently on 0% (waiting). I downloaded this recent flashtool and discovered the name and size is same with what i downloaded earlier before the latest release.

@abraham flashtool is the same but scatter files are different. Please go and use a desktop computer and you will be able to flash successfully
without the cfg file, azsky g1 cant be upgraded or is there another way to do that?

I want you to understand where im going. try and extract the azsky g1 software. you will see that the cfg file is not present. if you extract the g1+ and g1super software you will notice that the cfg file is present. g1+ and g1super software has 5 files each in it while the g1 software only has 4 file in it(cfg file is missing) thanks

@Ade, pls use the same button with which you connect to disconnect then reboot ur decoder. Better still, u can modify the Username of ur account in other to force a disconnection

Hi Lemmy, thanks for the prompt update at all times. I find your post educative. I like to confirm to you that most of the D**V channels are working again as @ today. I use g1 dongle and almost all the channels came up. As I write this comment, the channels are showing with minimal scrambling. Azsky guys are on top of their games. Once again, thank you.

Lemmy I like your post and how you help people with their issues/worries but you are sentimental when it comes to Azsky vs Qsat. Azsky can never be Qsat because their level is not up to; when Qsat server goes down you laugh and talk about how you told people that Qsat are just showing themselves and now they are down……………… Qsat don ever go down like this Azsky lol. Please don’t take side because if I didn’t read your posts I’d have concluded that you say these things because you sell Azsky but the truth is that you sell Qsat too but you speak favorably on Azsky because you want people to say ” ah na truth oh, Lemmy really talk say Qsat no good oh” lol. @tosan every dog has its day. Mind you I criticised Qsat when it was working 100%. And now Am not saying Azsky is Currently better. But what I know is that, once Azsky is back, it is back for good.talking of biases I think Qsat is bias,eg some codes are working, others are not working. Hope u know what that means for tjose using Qsat that are not working?.

Please Mr Lemmy is it the same thing with A+ dongle, how do i get upgrade if it needs upgrade and if not, is there any chance that ds*v will come on again. but for other satellite like nilsat my bei*g spo*t is working. please i just want know if there is any hope A+ coming back or if i should change back to Azsky thanks.

I believe my g6 has expired, bcos some of friends g6 and even g1who got theirs some months after mine has been showing occasionally in the last one week but my one has not for once, I hv use different sims it will just blink normal for a very short time and change to green.pls Hw do I know if it has expired before upgrading. Thanks
